Add a blur to lines to indicate an area of interest or influence
Click Annotations Tool in the Drawing Toolbar, and select blurred line.
Click once to start the line, again to define a corner, and double click to end the arrow.

Blurred line comes with these settings by default:
Line Width: Control the total width of the line (this is the area that will be blurred)
Line Blur : Control the amount of blur applied to the width of the line.
