About

Giraffe sources terrain data from the Mapbox Terrain-DEM v1 dataset, which uses data from multiple sources depending on the geographic region.

Add Terrain

The Terrain app loads by default for all new projects.

Find the Terrain tools in the Mountain icon.

Click the icon to open the Terrain toolset.

Terrain is off by default.

There are 2 terrain modes to choose from:

Edit

Add buildings pads, adjust elevation datum, and calculate cut & fill. Only Giraffe geometry drapes.
