Drive is an incredibly powerful cross functional tool in this view I as a leader of an organization can view my entire portfolio filter it and understand what's going on at a macro level Meanwhile my master planning team can be working on an individual project designing contextual contextually responsive Master plans doing feasibility making sure that each asset Redevelopment acquisition or disposal is going smoothly my spatial and analytics team can be creating layers that my design team or my leadership team can connect to with very little technical skill and at the same time my financial economic or ba teams can be doing economic impact assessments Financial feasibility L my cost planning team are keeping my assumptions in terms of per per square meter rates Etc up to date each without the other one needing to know what they're doing so rather than some operating in EXL some operating in GIS some operating in CAD or Bim they can all be operating in giraffe and talking to each
other without getting in each other's ways so this model here which is multiplying gross area by hard cost to give a total hard cost that equation can be defined by one member of the team and then it relates to what the design team is drawing without the design team needing to jump in and change it another thing that's really cool is the design Library so if my design team is creating templates or standard floor plates my other teams can leverage that work pull in this commercial Tower and place it in this project without any uh additional effort or work and I get a whole facade design and floor plate without needing to understand them necessarily so you can see that what this technology is doing is connecting teams across the business
