Use subdivide lots to divide a larger polygon into smaller parcels or lots by specifying the target frontage or area. Add building envelopes to the created lots.

Subdivide is a complex transform. It is typically used for creating subdivisions and townhomes.

The outputs of subdivide are site and envelopes.

The site output is the outline of each parcel in an array.

The envelope output applies the setbacks to output an array of smaller outlines.

Inner versus End

The inner versus end frontage or area options allow differently sized lots within the same solve.

The spine location controls inner versus end lots. Move the spine end node away from the outer edge of the polygon to add end condition lots.
