By default, geometries assigned Building Section Usages will stack.
However, Landscape does not stack by default.
Toggle on Force Stack to make a landscape geometry stack on top of another landscape or building geometry.
Use Stack Order to control the item’s location in the stack.

If you would like any other usage type to “stack” on top of another geometry, use the Base height property to raise the geometry off the ground plane by a specified distance. This is not truly “stacking,” but it gives the same final appearance.
