A constant is not truly a component at all. Rather, it is a number value entered into the formula bar.
An entire measure can be a constant, or you can simply type numbers into a formula.

For instance, Cap rate is often a known value, not dependent on model data.
In that case, we would delete all components from the measure:

This measure is now referenceable as a Measure Component in other Measures
