Licensing

All users in your account must have a license.

Licenses are distributed within your workspace as new members are added.

Your licensing is controlled at the workspace level. If you have a license in one workspace, it does not transfer to another with you.

Core

Core accounts are for individuals or small teams.

• Single user workspace
• Unlimited Projects
• All of the Drawing tools and Flows
• Unlimited use of Layer Library and Add Your own Spatial data
• Unlimited use of Analytics, including customizable Usages and Properties
• Access to Giraffe-curated content
• ‣, Terrain, and Report Builder apps

Enterprise

Enterprise accounts are for larger organisations that need to manage data and governance at scale.

Enterprise accounts get everything in free, plus:

• A shared Workspace with multiple Members and Teams
• Manage projects with Spaces
• Templates and Design Library
• Workspace Properties and Workspace Settings
• Custom Apps and the The Giraffe Javascript SDK 🧪

Permissions and Governance

The hierarchy of permissions allows detailed governance for data within your workspace. Have fine-tuned control over who can see and do what.

Project Permission Levels

Work collaboratively on projects with Live Cursors with anyone who has admin or edit permissions to the project!

Admin

The original creator of the project is the project admin by default

• Can Invite others to see the project
• Can change other’s permissions on the project
• Can delete the project
• Can create and edit content in the project
• Can edit workspace property values on the project
